The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The lobby was closed when I arrived, made check-in difficult. I had an accident in my room and broke my arm, and they showed no sympathy at all, forcing me to pay for an extra day even though I was there for only a few hours past check-out. It was like they made an already bad situation worse with their lack of compassion.

Central location in downtown.

Perfect location staff was very pretty

None of rhe lamps in the room worked.

The location was handy being just 15 minutes from the highway. The front desk staff was quick to assist with my reservation, appreciated after a long drive.

There were not any plug ins that were easy to get to or enough. Was a little run down.

The venue is deluxe, fairly clean and the location is marvellous really close to the center of town, the Riverfront Inn and several interesting bars, shops, and locations. It has beautiful and well stocked rooms with central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven. Thanks to all amicable staff. Thank you for a good stay...

would not recommend this place

This was a tough stay. The bedding seemed clean, but the mattress was uncomfortable. My room was supposed to be non-smoking but still smelled like cigarettes. Had no extra amenities like a hairdryer or ironing board. Wi-Fi barely worked too. Just not a great vibe overall.

the location it offers is good, very close to restaurants, and event center.

Checking in was a nightmare. The rude manager berated me for waiting outside, and the overall cleanliness of the room was shockingly poor. I won't be returning, ever.

Had an awesome group trip! We caught a live show at The Blue Lion, then hit the themed water rides at Parrot Island Waterpark. The stay was comfy and the room was just right for our needs. Just a heads up, not all rooms offer special amenities, so check for what you need beforehand.

One downside was the confusion with the deposit policy-they wanted to charge me a fee even though that wasn't their usual practice.

the room was infested with baby roaches (gross! ). the towels were fresh and the sheets smelled clean. the room also had a nice fridge and great air conditioning. overall, things were decent, but needs improvements.

Solo traveler less than ideal

The room was neat and clean , which gave me rare comfort for a last minute stay. I appreciated the upgraded furniture and larger fridge in the room .

It wasn't cheap , but I guess you get what you pay for.

My children wished for a microwave in the room.

The room was pretty decent for the price, but it could use some updates. I stayed in a non-smoking room, but there was still a faint smell of smoke that lingered. The mattress felt a bit worn out. It wasn't the comfiest I've experienced. On the plus side, everything was clean, and I liked the quiet atmosphere. Just wish the amenities were a bit better.
